Learning to bake classic croissants in Paris

Lived out our Julia Child/Sabrina Fairchild dreams of taking a cooking class in Paris. Came away with more delicious croissants than we could eat before we left! The instructor was great and we were able to get hands-on experience at all stages of croissant-making, from adding all that delicious butter to shaping the perfect pastry.
